I Think I'm In Trouble

this is my Sacred space....

it's where i go with my joys...

my sadness...

problems...

seeking answers...

guidance...

this visit was for guidance.

i spent most of the time in silence...

watching the butterflies...

birds...

the swirl of the water...

listening to the water whisper to me....

 i asked Spirit...the angels...and all those who
have walked before me for guidance.
then i wrote someones name in the sand...
and shouted that name to the top of my lungs...
for the Universe to hear...

as i looked down at the sand where i had just
written the name...i found my answer...

 i think i'm in trouble......

my sacred space......

wakan tanka... great mystery

teach me how to trust

my heart

my mind

my intuition

my inner knowing

the senses of my body

the blessings of my spirit.

teach me to trust these things

so that i may enter my sacred space

and love beyond my fear

and thus walk in balance

with the passing of each glorious sun.

according to the native people... the sacred space is the space

between exhalation and inhalation.

to walk in balance is to have heaven (spirituality)

and earth (physicality) in harmony.

praying for harmony

seeking peace
